Our House's highlight is the Breakfast. We prepare delectable Pies and Cakes, along with an endless assortment of cookies made in accordance with our Calabrian tradition. Depending on the time of year, we offer tantalizing treats such as bocconotti, savoiardi arbereshe, pastette, chijnulille, and melette. Our freshly baked warm bread is made using local flours and natural yeast, and it is cooked in a wood-fired oven. The fruits we serve mainly originate from our own garden, including delicious figs, peaches, apricots, oranges, and mandarins, which will satisfy your taste buds during their respective seasons. Additionally, our homemade jams and marmalades are also available for purchase, allowing you to take a piece of your stay with you.
Located in our hotel facility, you will find the Alia Restaurant, owned by Chef Gaetano Alia. Operated independently, it offers a delightful cuisine typical of the Calabrian region, characterized by light seasonings that enhance local flavors.
